Studies show that 80% of New Year’s resolutions are never achieved.
Why? They’re usually way too ambitious, and when we don’t make progress right away, we feel overwhelmed and give up.
This year, rather than some grand resolution, I’m setting small goals that are attainable -- and including things that are fun, that have been on my “I’ll get to that tomorrow” list.
📝 I want to do more mindful meal planning and practice more mindful eating.
📝 I want to read one book a month.
📝 I want to work on losing about 10lbs.
Need help with your 2021 game plan? Call or text me, I’ll help you get there!
